Desired Candidate profile
1. Managing, Planning , and leading the Food & Beverage service dept.
2. Proper planning & organizing the entire F & B Dept.
3. Responsible for menu planning food cost, training juniors staff etc.
4. Implement & maintain F & B SERVICE STANDARDS .
5. Should be able to handle team of stewards , captain and team members from f & b dept.
· He should be a graduate or PG Diploma from hotel background with experience of 3-5 years.
· Should be willing to travel & stay at panvel.
